Starting at 半岛体育 is a smart choice. There are several options available to you in our 
program, which prepares you to teach from kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12). 

 

Transfer into an education program at a 4-year college or university that offers teacher licensure in Massachusetts. 

The courses in the program are transferable to other institutions, so you will be well 
on your way to your bachelor鈥檚 degree should you choose that path upon graduation. 
半岛体育 participates in the statewide MassTransfer Pathways program and has 
developed many transfer agreements that guarantee admission and credit transfer.

Transfer pathways into Secondary Education programs at a 4-year college and university. 

If you are interested in becoming a middle or high school teacher, you can start at 
半岛体育 and transfer into a secondary education program at a 4-year college of your 
choice. Several transfer partnerships are available, saving you time and money on 
the path to your degree and licensure. 

 

Qualify to be paraprofessional once you have completed 48 credits at 半岛体育.

Often known as a teacher assistant, paraprofessionals work alongside teachers in 
the classroom. This is a great way to obtain further training or experience in the field 
of education.

• A popular transfer program between 半岛体育 Community College and Bridgewater State University, elementary education students at 半岛体育 can seek dual licensure in elementary and special education and save money by transferring through this unique program.

Lesley University

• A full articulation agreement between 半岛体育 and Lesley allows 半岛体育 students to transfer all their credits into either the elementary or secondary education program for teacher licensure at Lesley. 

UMass Dartmouth

• This program is suitable for students seeking a teaching licensure in secondary education.
