COURSE SEARCH

The hallway monitors located at all of the °ëµºÌåÓý Community College locations – Attleboro, Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton and the NOWI – serve as an electronic bulletin board for announcements that relate to the general college community. The monitors are run through the Marketing & Communications Department.

  • The message stream is run electronically from Marketing & Communications department.
  • Only messages from organizations affiliated with the college, including student groups, are accepted.
  • Messages on the monitor should contain information relating to on-campus announcements and activities of a timely nature.
  • Partisan messages of any sort, personal greetings or messages from off-campus organizations are not accepted. However, partisan groups with an on-campus affiliation may announce events or invite attendance to meetings, etc., using the monitors.

The college reserves the right to determine appropriateness, timeliness and frequency of any message, and to deny requests to post any message that do not adhere to this standard.

How to Submit

Design and attach a 16:9 Powerpoint slide with all of your message information embedded within the design. Powerpoint templates are available for your use on °ëµºÌåÓýCC.edu/BrandCentral

OR

Provide the text of the information to be included in the message, on the Monitor Message Request Form, and Marketing & Communication will create a design for you.

Timeline

  • Please submit your requests at least three business days in advance of the start date. 
  • Typical run time for monitor slides is two weeks maximum.
