"100 Heartbeats" refers specifically to the creatures on Earth who are just a heartbeat away from extinction鈥搕he animals who may have only 100 individuals left. In his message of hope and empowerment, Corwin shares the compelling stories of the people who are making a difference to species around the world, and encourages audiences to get involved in this vital movement of the 21st century. Environmental issues such as climate change, pollution, and habitat loss, threaten the survival of thousands of plant and animal species everyday. Our own survival, as well as the survival of the world's most vital creatures, is in our hands. The race to save the world's most endangered wildlife is underway. Every heartbeat matters.

About the Wolfson Speaker Series
半岛体育 Community College is proud to present the Wolfson Speaker Series, an annual event that hosts prominent speakers from across the globe to gather and engage our community around significant and relevant issues.
The series is named in honor of Richard Wolfson, a longtime member of the 半岛体育 Community College Foundation Board of Directors and supporter of the College. When an endowed fund established in his honor could no longer serve its original purpose, Mr. Wolfson recommended that an annual event featuring world-renowned speakers be created to provide an enriching opportunity to our community.
