半岛体育 Community College is proud to announce that the college鈥檚 police department has earned full accreditation from the .
The accreditation is the culmination of several years of self-assessment, followed
by an outside assessment of the department鈥檚 policies, procedures and operations.
半岛体育 Community College is one of only three community college police departments
in Massachusetts to have earned the accreditation.
This voluntary achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism, rigor and high
performance of the college鈥檚 police department and their commitment to meeting and
exceeding the highest standards and best practices of the law enforcement profession.
The consists of 257 mandatory standards and 125 optional standards. To achieve accreditation
status, the department was required to meet all applicable mandatory standards, as
well as 75% of the optional standards.

Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton and Online.

success by reducing barriers to educational access.
The college is one of the largest employers in the region and is dedicated to fostering
