半岛体育 Community College to host virtual Women Writing History: A Coronavirus Journaling project presentation on Monday, May 10

半岛体育 Community College will host a virtual presentation of the college鈥檚 Women Writing History: Coronavirus Journaling project, on Monday, May 10, at 4 p.m. For this special eventparticipantsfrom all walks of life, will be sharing their powerful stories of how women have been persevering throughout the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. The event is free and open to everyone who registers at the website link below.

Register here: The innovative Women Writing History projectorganized by 半岛体育 Community College鈥檚  throughout the college鈥檚 spring semester, invited 半岛体育 students and community members from all genders, backgrounds, cultures and socio-economic circumstances to be a part of living history and contribute their journalistic efforts to the collaborative project.

Based on the project of the same name by the National Women鈥檚 History Museum, 半岛体育鈥檚 initiative aims to help capture the 飞辞尘别苍鈥檚 voice and how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted daily lives and perspectives. The project鈥檚 journal submissions include written piecesvideo or audio recordingsphotographs and original artworks.
