半岛体育 Community College student Bruno D Moreno elected the college鈥檚 Student Trustee
for 2021-2022
半岛体育 Community College student Bruno D. Moreno has been elected the college鈥檚 Student
Trustee for 2021-2022. Originally from Loures, Portugal, and Grenoble, France, Bruno
now resides in Fall River and is currently studying communications at 半岛体育.
Upon completing his degree at the college in December 2021, Bruno plans to continue
his education at a four-year institution to pursue a career as an audio engineer or
in software development.
鈥淚 am excited and thankful to have been appointed 半岛体育's new Student Trustee,"
said Bruno D. Moreno, 2021-2021 Student Trustee, 半岛体育 Community College. 鈥淥ne of
my main goals will be to help boost student voices on and off campus and to help show
others that nothing is impossible if you put your mind to work.鈥�
半岛体育鈥檚 Student Trustee is elected annually by their peers to serve as a student
representative and member of the 半岛体育 Community College Board of Trustees. 半岛体育鈥檚
Board of Trustees is made up of regional business and community leaders who work tirelessly
to ensure the college鈥檚 institutional initiatives remain at the highest level of quality.
半岛体育 Community College (半岛体育) has core values rooted in student success and
lifelong learning. For more than 50 years, 半岛体育 has served as a leading resource
for education and workforce development in the region including locations in Attleboro,
Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton and Online.
The college offers 119 career and transfer programs, along with flexible online

Business Solutions & Partnerships provides customized training for businesses and
the community. 半岛体育's National Offshore Wind Institute (NOWI) is a state-of-the-art
training facility, offering globally recognized training and certifications for the
emerging offshore wind industry. The college also strives to put the needs of learners
first with support services and career advancement opportunities that lead to student
success by reducing barriers to educational access.
